We deliver to almost all of United States and Canada, Same day delivery of flowers is available if your order is received by 2:30 PM in the recipient time zone Monday through Friday, for the same day delivery on Saturday please order by 1:00 PM in the recipient time zone.
For orders received after 2:30 PM we will try our best to get your order delivered same day, otherwise your order will be delivered the following day.
Specific Times
We will do our best to accommodate the delivery request for a specific time, but we cannot guarantee it, but normally we are able to deliver within a time frame of few hours if requested. Our normal delivery times are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for orders going to a business, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM for orders going to a residence, hotel, or a hospital, and 2:00 PM for orders going to a high school.
Delivery Policy for funerals
Funerals are our top priority, if your order is for a funeral service, our policy is to call the funeral home or church and verify the service time and we will deliver before the viewing/service time. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service, we will call you
and let you know quickly, so that you can send something appropriate for the family's residence.
High Schools
Usually high schools do not accept deliveries for the students; please try to send any orders going to the students at their residence.
PO Boxes
We are unable to deliver flowers to a PO Box or an A.P.O address.
Rural Routes and Remote Locations
We may not be able to deliver to very remote areas or some rural locations; if we are unable to deliver to a remote location we will contact you by phone immediately.
Incorrect Address
If the recipient address is incorrect and we have attempted the delivery, we will charge you $10.00 redelivery charge, if you would like to change the delivery address after placing the order, please call us immediately, we will not charge you any additional amount if the address is changed before the delivery is attempted.
Holiday Deliveries
To help assure timely deliveries during the busy holiday season, place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
Our business is closed on Sundays and the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Delivery Fee
Delivery is included in the price of the arrangement, a service charge of $9.95 will be added to each order in the United States and Canada.
